Advantages of LPWAN

　　LPWAN has many advantages that facilitate seamless communication between networks. Some of the main ones are:

　　Although requiring fewer network gateways, LPWAN enables long-distance communication and helps reduce infrastructure costs. For example, Amsterdam has dense buildings, but only 24 gateways are needed to cover the entire city.

　　2. Free radio spectrum

　　Through LPWAN, you can transmit and receive data on the free radio spectrum without any fees or licenses. This means that anyone can become a gateway provider and still only incur zero data costs.

　　3. Low power consumption

　　The power consumption of IoT devices mainly depends on their communication frequency and the amount of data transmitted over a period of time. LPWANs are known for their low power consumption, as they can regulate the frequency of data transmission (by activating sleep mode when IoT devices are not in use), thereby extending battery life to over 10 years.
